Casumo has been regarded as one of the top online casinos since its launch in 2012, but somewhere along the way, they’ve managed to fall from grace, at least here with us at Casinomeister. In 2014, they earned their Accreditation status fair and square, but at some point, they just stopped responding, so we had to revoke their Accredited status.
Even though their 3500+ games and fast payouts may appeal to you, our conscience wouldn’t let us sleep if we didn’t warn you about Casumo’s tendency to straight-up ignore each problem we went to them with.
All in all, if you decide to play here, be extra cautious, because if any issues arise, you may just end up facing a brick wall.

Casinomeister’s relationship with Casumo dates back to 2012 when they first took a run at Accreditation. That failed because their rep was unable to participate in the Baptism By Fire process at an acceptable level: leaving the building mid-process is not a good look. Two years later they tried again and were successful: Accreditation was granted. Over the next several years things went quite nicely, they were on the forums fairly regularly and their rep dealt with player issues promptly which was good because Casumo did tend to generate a fair number of complaints. By 2021 though things started changing: their rep who had carried the torch for them since 2014 left and their Affiliate department took over the forum rep role: that proved to be the beginning of a long, slow, irritating process that brings this whole Casumo thing to an inglorious end.
In 2021 a new rep from the Affiliate department came on, made some enthusiastic noises and then promptly wandered off. Players on the forums weren’t getting responses, complaints were piling up and going un-answered. The PAB department was forced to escalate the matter but finally someone at Casumo stepped up, helped see the back-logged issues cleared away, and another new rep was appointed. To make a long story short this ended up being a rinse-and-repeat of the last time: “Hey, how are you? So happy to be here! Let’s do great things!” followed by a few promotions and then, you guessed it, crickets. Again.
This brought us to the end of 2023 or early 2024 when Casumo had stopped responding at all. We continued to submit player issues to them, which mostly ended up getting resolved, but the two-way communication with Casumo had become a thing of the past. The rep account on the forums went dormant late 2023; reminders from us to them about the problems that caused elicited no response. 2024 into mid 2025 was a period of preoccupying transition for Casinomeister so the Casumo problem got shelved for a while. Fast forward to today, Q1 2026, and through our Sales department Casumo has officially stated that they won’t be fulfilling their Accredited casino responsibilities and are well aware that their Accredited status is forfeit. Thus endeth the Casumo story on Casinomeister … until the next chapter, if the history here is anything to go by.

About the Casumo Team and History
