Let’s deal with the bad news first: 13 Complaints against Duelz through our Player Arbitration (PAB) service in 4 years: this is rather a lot. Worse yet, they ignored every single one, or at least they either didn’t reply or only replied to say “talk to the hand”. Not good. On the upside their licensing is good, their self-exclusion policies are good, and their Complaints options are backed by eCOGRA which is as good as one could ask for. So, what do we think? We think Duelz should stop ignoring us regarding player complaints and then we could give them a nice thumbs-up without having to say this: watch out if you run into problems, finding a fair and timely resolution may be easier said than done.
