Fly Casino Review

New casino that had promise! Now a black hole

    Casinomeister's Verdict

Skip these guys. At one point, they were extremely promising, but now they’ve turned into a black hole. No casino rep, their owner does not respond to our emails, so Fly Casino is one to avoid.

    First Impression

FlyCasino’s operators and managers are directly connected to the sister brand Omni Casino – one of the oldest Accredited casinos. They came on board in 1999, but they lost sight of the ball and drifted off into obscurity.

They’re powered by Playtech and have many of the qualities that players are looking for: flushing, weekend payouts, and no withdrawal limits.

There are plenty of banking methods available and some solid promotions, including the High Roller bonus.

Fly VIP Rewards loyalty program brings you 1 Fly VIP Rewards cash comp point that you can convert into real cash for each $10 wagered. There are four different levels to achieve – Club F, Club L, Club Y, and Elevate as the highest one, so each of them brings you many benefits like custom VIP promos, free play offers, tournaments, higher deposit limits, and more.

That being said, this Fly Casino review is to warn you to stay AWAY. They are rogue; do not join.

    Pros

    • Manual flushing

    • Weekend payouts

    Cons

    • 48 Hour Reverse Time

    • No casino rep

    • Not responsive to anything

    • ROGUE

    Fly Casino Bonuses and Promotions

In their prime, the online casino offered decent casino bonuses. However, as they started turning rogue, so did their promotions. There are murky terms and conditions, high wagering requirements, and they refuse to pay big winners—even more reasons to steer well clear of this rogue casino.

    Responsible gaming

Fly Casino offers the absolute bare minimum when it comes to responsible gambling. Players can set a deposit limit, limiting the amount of money you can deposit into your account daily, weekly, or monthly.

They also offer a self-exclusion service that allows you to block access to your Fly Casino account permanently. Not a bad idea, in our opinion.

    Customer support

Fly Casino claims to have a customer support team working 24 hours a day, seven days a week. However, when we tried to reach out through the live chat system – in the middle of the day – no one was around.

This is likely to be your experience at Fly Casino if you ever run into issues. It is doubtful they will respond to you, and if they do, it will take days or weeks to receive a simple response.

    KYC

In the terms and conditions, Fly Casino states that they have the right to carry out verification checks on players. They do not state precisely when these verification checks occur, although it’s likely that if you try to make a withdrawal for the first time, they will ask you to complete a verification check.

One of the issues we have heard about Fly Casino is that they come up with many excuses to delay player verification. This is an apparent attempt at stalling withdrawals and is a common tactic used by many online casinos in the Rogue pit here at Casinomeister.

    Website Experience and Features

    Desktop and Mobile Gaming

Fly Casino is old school, and you will notice this from the moment you load up the casino’s website. Unlike 99% of casinos today, Fly Casino still predominantly runs on a downloadable software client. While it is possible to play at the casino in instant-play mode, the usability is terrible if you don’t download the software.

If we were writing this review 15 years ago, we would say the website looks good. However, for 2022, Fly Casino’s platform is incredibly slow and ugly, and it is not user-friendly.

Things improve slightly if you choose to download the desktop client, but still, it has an old look and feel to it. Loading speeds aren’t great, and navigating around isn’t particularly easy. As you may have guessed, there is no mobile casino app available.

    Brand games

    Providers

Fly Casino is powered entirely by Playtech. You will not find any casino games or video slots from other developers. Astonishingly, they are even managing to compete in 2022 with just Playtech’s games library.

Today, most players want access to a vast collection of games from multiple software providers, so we are surprised to see that only Playtech games are available.

    About the Team and History

Fly Casino was first launched back in 2013, and they operate under the same management team as the once-reputable Omni Casino. Fly Casino is Playtech-powered, and their online gambling license is from Curaçao. This alone should tell you pretty much all you need to know.

What is sad is that Omni Casino first came on board here at Casinomeister back in 1999. They were one of the first online casinos to become accredited at Casinomeister, but, as we mentioned earlier, they lost momentum, started getting sloppy, and ultimately started mistreating players.

    Complaints and Track Record

Today, Fly Casino has a poor reputation here at Casinomeister. In the forums, you will see that many of our players have had a negative experience with them or one of their sister sites.

It is a shame what happened to them, but ultimately the responsibility lies on their head. We will not sugar-coat things and lie because that is not what we are about here at Casinomeister.

The man with the plan here at Casinomeister. Bryan Bailey has been running Casinomeister since its launch in June of 1998.
