FortunePUB claims on their terms and conditions page: “The Company is licensed and regulated by the Government of Malta”.
Unfortunately for them, the MGA (Malta Gaming Authority) begs to differ, including FortunePUB in their list of Unauthorised URLs where it states: “Any reference to the MGA and/or gaming licence/s said to be issued by the Maltese Authority, as stated on these domains is false and misleading.”
Ooops.
