    Casinomeister's Verdict

LevelUp Casino doesn’t leave a strong impression at first glance, but it has a lot of value to offer. You’ll find a great welcome bonus package that puts many high roller offers to shame, over 10,000 games, a varied set of fiat and crypto payment options, and even some extra responsible gaming tools. Plus, the casino has been around for years with basically no issues, and it’s run by one of the most reliable operators in the industry.

The biggest downsides? You have to wager each deposit at least 3 times, or the casino reserves the right to charge a withdrawal fee. Plus, they don’t seem to have many ongoing promotions at the moment, as there’s only a couple up on the site and nothing in our inbox after more than a week.

Still, the good definitely outweighs the bad in this case, and we can confidently recommend LevelUp Casino as a good place to play. Just remember to read the terms, and feel free to share your experience in our forum. For more details, see our full LevelUp Casino review below.

The casino in question here is one of those from the Dama N.V. group that we’ve been dealing with for over a decade. I’m happy to report that they are, without exception, one of the finest casino groups I deal with. Because of our relationship with them, I am 100% confident of being able to see any player issue to a swift and fair conclusion. Whatever the Dama property may be, fair player treatment is pretty much guaranteed: if anyone has reason to doubt that, contact me directly and I’ll see your issue gets immediate attention. You can thank me later. 🙂

    Pros

    • Generous welcome bonus

    • Solid set of payment methods

    • Great responsible gambling tools

    • 10,000+ games

    Cons

    • Mandatory 3x deposit wagering

    • Not a lot of ongoing promotions at the moment

    LevelUp Casino Bonuses and Promotions

    LevelUp Welcome Bonus

The casino has a welcome package that consists of four deposit bonus offers:

    • First deposit bonus: 100% up to 2000 + 100 Free Spins
    • Second deposit bonus: 100% up to 2000 + 75 Free Spins
    • Third deposit bonus: 100% up to 2000 + 75 Free Spins
    • Fourth deposit bonus: 50% up to 2000 + 100 Free Spins

The wagering requirement is set at 35 times the deposit amount, which is about as good as it gets these days. You have 14 days to meet the WR, which isn’t too bad but still on the short side if you want to take full advantage of the generous deposit match. The free spins are credited for Elephant’s Gold: Buy Bonus Combo (96.37% RTP), a new slot from Netgame, so that’s good too.

All in all, it’s a good welcome bonus that goes toe to toe with many high roller bonuses, and the terms are fair overall. Just be sure to read all the attached terms carefully, as crash games, table games, and most live games are excluded from wagering.

    No-Deposit & Free Spins Offers

At the time of writing, LevelUp Casino doesn’t have any no deposit offers, but they do have several other casino bonuses you can claim:

    • Sizzling Wheel — Up to 150 Free Spins via bonus wheel, 25x wagering
    • Cashback Resurgence — Up to €100 deposit cashback, 20x wagering
    • Daily Cash Drops — €150 awarded to random participating player, seven times per day

It’s an interesting set of promotions, though many players would undoubtedly prefer more straightforward reload bonuses or free spins offers.

    VIP and Loyalty Programs

LevelUp Casino has a progressive loyalty program where you level up (heh) by completing various missions: placing bets, making deposits, playing specific games, etc. Each mission grants a number of loyalty points that count towards the next level, and each of them carries a unique bonus, including free spins and bonus money.

On top of this, you also get an additional comp point per €20 wagered, and these can be redeemed for bonus money at a rate of €1 per 100 points.

There’s also a VIP program you can join by making a deposit of at least €1000 in a day. VIP members get increased cashback and can exchange comp points at a better rate, in addition to the usual VIP benefits you commonly see at casino sites: priority support, increased withdrawal limits, exclusive bonuses, etc.

Overall, the loyalty program is decent but not spectacular, and it may be just a tad confusing for new players. So, it’s best to confirm the details with the support team if something doesn’t add up.

    Banking & Payment Methods

LevelUp Casino has a decent selection of payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, MiFinity, MuchBetter, AstroPay, Flexepin, Neosurf, Jeton, Siru Mobile, CashtoCode, Skrill, Neteller, and Interac. They also several cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin, and Tether (ERC20 and TRC20).

This is a solid selection of payment methods, though many crypto gambling sites support a broader range of cryptocurrencies. If you prefer to play using Solana, Cardano, Tron, or any of the other leading altcoins, you’ll have to look elsewhere.

Withdrawals are fairly quick and are usually processed within a matter of hours on the casino’s end. There are also some mediocre withdrawal limits (€3000/day, €7500/week, €15,000/month). However, the real disappointment is the fact you need to wager each deposit at least three times, otherwise the casino reserves the right to charge a withdrawal fee at their discretion. This is a sadly common practice at many online casinos, Dama properties included.

Finally, we should also note the casino may verify your identity before allowing any withdrawals,  and it’s the usual mix of personal ID, proof of address, and proof of payment. In some cases, they may request a video call. Either way, just the usual KYC stuff you should take care of as soon as possible, ideally before making any deposits.

    Responsible Gambling

LevelUp Casino has a full suite of responsible gambling tools, and it’s not something we’re used to seeing when writing casino reviews for sites licensed in jurisdictions like Curaçao.

You can set deposit, loss, and wager limits directly through your account. Here, you can also activate a cool-off period for anywhere from 1 day to 1 month. And if you wish to self-exclude for a longer period of time, you can do so by contacting support.

Apart from this, the responsible gambling page at LevelUp Casino is a bit sparse, but it explains all of the aforementioned features and provides links to support organizations that can help players who might be struggling with a gambling problem.

All in all, it’s not perfect, but the LevelUp Casino team obviously went the extra mile to provide additional responsible gambling tools, and we always like to see that.

    Customer Support at LevelUp

LevelUp Casino support is available via email and live chat. They also have an FAQ section that can help clarify some potential issues, but it’s quite basic.

When you reach out to support via live chat, you’ll have to deal with a chatbot first, and if it doesn’t help resolve your problem, you can get in touch with an agent. From our experience, agents were polite and quick to respond to our questions. There were no wait queues and apart from the occasional instance of agents responding to simple queries with walls of copy-pasted text from the terms, our experience was positive.

    LevelUp Casino Experience and Features

LevelUp Casino doesn’t really have any standout visual style, and you’ll mostly see recognizable slot graphics, the occasional dash of AI-generated slop, and a surprising number of… iOS emojis? Either way, the style is leaning towards minimalistic, though there is a fair share of clutter on some pages, particularly all the slot categories in the lobby.

But apart from that, the UX is generally solid. The navigation bar at the top leads you to different sections of the casino, browsing is convenient thanks to all the categories and some extra search filters, and you can easily access favorites and recently played games.

LevelUp Casino also offers a dedicated mobile app for Android, though it’s not available on the Play Store and has to be sideloaded. The mobile version of the site also works well, though it may feel a bit cluttered at times. It might not be the best mobile casino, but it gets the job done.

    Brand games

    LevelUp Casino Game Providers

Loading up the casino section, you can find games from about 100 software providers. All the big names you’d normally expect to find are here: Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, Playtech, Evolution, and many others. Of course, with so many providers, there’s a good chance you get to try out titles from smaller companies you might not have encountered before.

    LevelUp Slots

The casino hosts thousands of online slots, all of which can be browsed in the lobby, organized across a number of categories. You’ll find separate sections for classic slots, bonus buys, megaways, jackpots, instant win games like Aviator, and even some games exclusive to LevelUp Casino. You can also browse games by theme, if you feel like going for a particular vibe rather than specific mechanics.

    Live Casino

LevelUp’s live casino section has several hundred live dealer games from several providers, including Pragmatic Play Live, Evolution Gaming, ICONIC21, Ezugi, and others. The live casino is split into distinct categories for roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and game shows, with an “Other” section for more niche live games. Overall, it makes for a good variety and browsing experience, and we didn’t run into any technical issues while testing the casino.

About the LevelUp Team and History

LevelUp Casino is owned and operated by Dama N.V. under a Curaçao GCB license (OGL/2023/174/0082). It launched in 2020, so it’s been around for a while, and it didn’t raise any red flags in the time since. The operator runs over a 100 online casinos, including some of our top-rated Accredited casinos like Winz.io. That said, there’s no need to worry about anything shady going on here.

    Complaints and Track Record

We’ve had no complaints submitted against LevelUp Casino so far, and given that they’ve been around for 5+ years at this point, it’s a great sign for any casino. Plus, we didn’t find a single sign of questionable conduct when checking out the complaints at other resolution services, so that’s a double thumbs up.

As per Max’s input, Dama has maintained a steadfast reputation at Casinomeister for a long time, so it’s highly unlikely that you’ll run into issues with LevelUp Casino or any of its many sister casinos. If you do have to raise a complaint, we have no doubt the casino will handle it quickly and professionally.
