Luckster Casino is an Aspire Global property and Aspire Global has been a pet peeve of mine for a good many years. A large group of casinos imposing draconian terms on players and hell-bent on ignoring any and all complaints: all in all a very bad player experience. But the truth is that all of that seems to have disappeared into the sands of time, we haven’t heard much at all from Aspire Global casinos for a few years now. So while I would be VERY reluctant to advise anyone to go to an Aspire Global property (for historical reasons) in fairness all I can reasonably say these days is “proceed with caution.” Aspire Global does have a terrible history but these things can change and that very well may be applicable here.

Banking & Payment Methods

Luckster operates a closed loop system, so withdrawals up to the amount you deposited must be paid back to the method you used to deposit. If you have deposited using one of the three deposit-only methods (PaysafeCard, Cash to Code and Instant Banking), though, you’ll be required to withdraw your winnings using something else, for example Wire transfer.

The customer support options you will find at Luckster is a live chat, email support, FAQs and contact form. Don’t be misled by the customer support agent telling you that they operate 24/7, as you will only be able to access them between the hours of 8AM and 12AM. It is concerning when an online casinos FAQs page is their best source of support when you need it, but that’s how it went for us. In other words, our experience speaking with the customer support team was by turns frustrating and disappointing (to say the least!).
On two separate occasions of us reaching out to customer support, we have been told either contradicting information or the customer support agent has blatantly stated that they don’t know the answer. In contrast to other rather bold Irish-themed online casinos, Luckster Casino is taking a low-key approach. The shamrock green writing on a sleek, white background is the definition of keeping things plain and simple.
Unfortunately, this simplicity carries through to the games lobby, with the casino games divided into 9 sections. There are no further categories within these sections and you can only filter alphabetically or by game provider rather than by theme, RTP or bonus rounds. To help with this, Luckster has included a ‘Favorites’ (sic) section where you can bypass the mayhem. Click the heart icon on any game tile to add it to ‘Favorites’.
To do right by Luckster Casino, as we do with other platforms when writing casino reviews we downloaded the Android app from the Google Play Store, only to be told in a conversation with customer support that there wasn’t one. Concerned we may have been scammed, we sent screenshots to the agent who promised to investigate and get back to us. 24 nerve-wracking hours later, we received an email confirming that the Android app was… er… genuine. Once our nerves were settled, we confidently loaded up the fully-functional app.
Despite a few niggly features that haven’t quite been optimised for the mobile screen, such as the misaligned footer writing, the games fit like a glove on mobile, and the load times aren’t terrible. Unfortunately, iPhone users will have to stick with the mobile browser for the time being – there’s no iOS app.

The filtering feature is disabled for live casino games, so using the search function to have a rummage will probably be your best bet, or you may just stumble across some live games in the lists under top providers like Pragmatic Play or Evolution.

Luckster Casino is not messing around when it comes to slots: we counted a little over 3,500. Players can find sought-after games in the ‘Featured Games’ section and all of the latest releases in the ‘New’ category. After speaking with customer support, we’ve discovered that they aim to update their games lobby once a week to keep it fresh.
