MrJackVegas Casino Review
UKGC-licensed casino with a solid mix of responsible gaming tools
Casinomeister's Verdict
MrJackVegas has been going strong for quite a while, almost a decade. Over the years, they’ve managed to secure two licenses (the Malta Gaming Authority and the UK Gambling Commission), accumulate thousands of slots, and join forces with recognized software provider industry giants.
Yet, their presence isn’t exactly a spotless one. Their operator, Progress Play Limited, is not a big hit with Casinomeister forum membership, and the UKGC has recently fined them for not complying with the AML procedures.
On the plus side, no one’s complained about MrJackVegas Casino so far, so considering their decent licensing and complaints procedure, it’s fair to say that it could be a place worth a closer look if it seems like it matches your playing style.
Well-rounded set of payment methods
From the Desk of Max Drayman
No record of complaints on Casinomeister which is pretty impressive given the casino has been around for over a decade. Licensing is good, UKGC and Malta. Self-exclusion policy looks robust and fit for purpose. Complaints procedure is good and backed by eCOGRA which is one of the better ADRs in the business. From our perspective MrJackVegas is “two thumbs-up.”

Limited promotions

Low withdrawal limits for non-UK players
MrJackVegas Casino Bonuses and Promotions
Don’t get too excited about the bonuses at MrJackVegas, because they’re kind of underwhelming. The only bonus option we’ve spotted is the welcome offer, which, although it does look decent on the face of it, comes with a 50x WR for non-UK players.
On top of that, we had to scroll through their excluded games list for a hot minute, so if you’re into testing the casino waters by using up the cash you get from the welcome bonus, don’t be surprised if your favorite game did not make the cut.
VIP and Loyalty Programs
MrJackVegas Casino is running a VIP program that seems like it’s still in beta. It’s a ‘the more you play, the more you get’ kind of a scheme, but you won’t find much information about it until you create an account.
Then you’ll see that you’re supposed to climb levels by completing certain missions, such as making a deposit, or 50 real money bets. Once you do complete a mission, though, you’re supposed to be able to trade in the points you earn for different kinds of casino bonuses.
Not too shabby, but we’re used to seeing larger withdrawal limits, and at least a dedicated VIP manager for those who make it high up the VIP ladder.
Banking & Payment Methods
Payment options at MrJackVegas Casino are varied, with a mix of fiat and digital payment methods. So, think Visa, Apple Pay, bank transfer, Neteller, PayPal, Paysafecard, and the like. You’ll have the option to deposit (and withdraw) using crypto, but only if you’re located outside of the UK.
Withdrawal times, though, are painfully slow compared to other online casinos, with e-wallets taking up to 5 days, and bank transfers and card payments up to 10 days.
As for the limits, no such thing for players in the UK, but everyone else will have to do with €3,000/week, €6,000/month caps. Definitely on the restrictive side, and even borderline acceptable for regular players, let alone high-rollers.
On a more positive note, their KYC process is pretty straightforward, so you’ll be able to upload all the required documents (identity, address, and payment proof) on your own. If you’re in the UK, you’ll have to do this right away, but regardless of your location, you’ll be better off if you confirm your identity as soon as you create your MrJackVegas account.
One thing worth noting is that, in Finland, MrJackVegas operates as a Pay N Play casino through Trustly. What this means for Finnish players is that they’ll be able to jump straight into playing since their identity is verified through the bank.
Responsible Gaming
MrJackVegas Casino’s responsible gaming page comes across as fairly decent, with enough guidance and information in case things go south, gaming habits-wise. They’ve also included instructions on how to use each of their responsible gambling tools, which include deposit, wager, session, and loss limits, as well as the cool-off option, reality check, and self-exclusion.
You can activate each of these tools yourself, without having to chase customer support to get things moving, so that’s a plus.
Customer Support at MrJackVegas Casino
Like most online casinos out there these days, MrJackVegas integrated a chatbot into their live chat widget, so if you’re looking for a real human as your point of contact, you’ll have to get around AI first. We’re not exactly fans, but it seems like that’s a reality nowadays.
Thankfully, it shouldn’t take too long to get past the bot and get connected to a real support rep. Once you’re done with this pointless little hoop, you’ll likely be connected with a person who’s ready to help you. Each time we talked to MrJackVegas’ support rep, they responded to our queries within a couple of minutes, tops.
They’ve also got the email option, but we rarely recommend starting there, since getting a response can take days.
MrJackVegas Casino Experience and Features
MrJack Casino’s website oozes an old-school vibe, but not in such a good way. The color scheme isn’t very flattering, and the whole layout seems like it’s still work-in-progress. This probably won’t detract from your gameplay, but it nonetheless should be mentioned.
We didn’t come across any particular out-of-the-box features except for the option to mark games as favorites for quicker access. The search bar is pretty rudimentary, so you’ll only be able to look for games by their title.
They don’t have a designated MrJackVegas mobile app, but this shouldn’t make any difference to you, as the site is quick to load from the mobile browser.
Brand games
Game Providers
MrJackVegas Casino’s game library is powered by 80+ software providers, most of which are known leaders in the industry. These include names like NetEnt, Red Tiger, Pragmatic Play, Playtech, and the like.
The lineup would definitely be much stronger with Evolution Gaming on the board, but seeing how MrJackVegas Casino leaves live dealer games on the back burner, this didn’t surprise us much.
MrJackVegas Casino Slots
MrJackVegas Casino puts slots front and center, which is entirely understandable, since out of their 4,800+ total games, slots account for 4,100+. They’ve got loads of titles, including the staple ones such as Book of Dead, Starburst, Dynamite Riches Megaways, and Big Bass Bonanza. They don’t shy away from freshly launched slot titles, either, so you’ll see games like Catch The Robbers: The Getaway, Area Link Dragon Ascension, and Thor Unleashed.
Live Casino
Compared to their slot selection, the live dealer lineup at MrJackVegas leaves much to be desired. We couldn’t find a dedicated live casino section on their website, although they do feature a handful of such titles, such as Classic Roulette and Rugby Fever Roulette. Can’t say that’s enough for live casino enthusiasts, though.
About the MrJackVegas Casino Team and History
An integral part of our whole casino review process is looking into the company behind each platform thoroughly. And when we say thoroughly, we mean going beyond the shiny marketing fluff.
In MrJackVegas Casino’s case, this means we uncovered that they’re owned by ProgressPlay, a company that’s not exactly a crowd favorite across our forums.
But more on that later. For now, we’ll just state the obvious. ProgressPlay Limited holds an MGA and the UKGC license and owns several other platforms, including Dukes Casino, WatchMySpin, and Hippozino.
The-not-so-obvious (and something you won’t read about on their website) is a stain on their record that doesn’t come off that easily. They’ve been charged with a £1,000,000 fine by the UKGC for not complying with their money laundering provisions.
Considering the fine is cleared, some would say they’ve paid their dues, but here on Casinomeister we say: watch your step.
Complaints and Track Record
Nothing knocks a casino’s rating like a bunch of unresolved player complaints. Luckily for MrJackVegas, zero complaints cropped up at Casinomeister. For a casino launched back in 2017, this is definitely telling.
Yet, don’t get swept up by the lack of complaints, since the operator behind MrJackPlay isn’t exactly a shining star on our forums.
Player Comments on Dukes Casino
While there haven’t been any comments on MrJackVegas Casino, Casinomeister forum members have been rather outspoken about their operator, ProgressPlay Limited. Here’s what some of them had to say.
slot_zombie — ProgressPlay site – instant skip.
SYPlayer95 — Another ProgressPlay. Whilst there might not be a complaint against this particular site, there will be thousands against this brand.
