NetBet Casino Review
NetBet Casino has lost Casinomeister Accreditation
Casinomeister's Verdict
NetBet Casino has a long history, having launched in 2001, and it offers players access to a wide range of games from over 47 software providers, including big names like Pragmatic Play, Evolution, and NetEnt. The casino is home to more than 4,500 games, with slots forming the bulk of the selection, complemented by a strong live casino offering. Players can benefit from a generous array of promotions, daily free spins, and a tiered loyalty program that rewards regular play with NetPoints, NetCoins, and mystery prizes.
On the downside, NetBet has faced recent regulatory issues, including a £650,000 United Kingdom Gambling Commission (UKGC) fine for anti-money laundering and social responsibility failures. Customer support is limited to 09:00–23:00 GMT+1 via live chat, and complaints often go unanswered, which contributed to the casino losing its Casinomeister accreditation. Bonus restrictions can be strict, and some players report being denied rewards without explanation.
Overall, we found NetBent a decent platform for experienced players, but the fact that they tend to turn a blind eye to player complaints doesn’t paint a pretty picture. In case you’ve been at this place before, share your experience in our forum.
4,500+ casino games
From the Desk of Max Drayman
Oh! The story here is a tangled web if ever there was one! Let’s start by saying the troubles recently have been minimal so take the backstory with a grain of salt. Roughly 12 or 15 years ago a new casino appeared on the scene, netbet.com, and it looked suspiciously like a well-respected casino on the Casinomeister forums, iNetbet.com: same font in their logo, same page layout, same colour palette, same site structure, etc. Basically we’re talking about a barely modified clone. The casino was generating a lot of complaints and iNetbet was catching totally undeserved flak for it. We clamped down hard on Netbet, I think they spent some time in the Rogue Pit for their miscreant behaviour. After a few years things settled down and we mercifully heard a lot less about Netbet. Anyway, a couple years ago Netbet changed hands and there has been no trouble at all since then so players need not be alarmed: licensing is good; self-exclusion policy is pretty standard; Disputes/Complaints policy is industry standard and backed by IBAS which is one of the best professional ADRs out there. As difficult as it is to say “thumbs up” because of the history here in truth we have nothing to complain about, players should be safe to proceed with the modern incarnation of Netbet.

NetBet Casino Bonuses and Promotions
NetBet offers an impressive haul when it comes to promotions, with seasonal rewards, daily deals, mystery prizes and more.
The free spins bonus is one to behold, as players can enjoy a daily spin on the wheel of spin if they’ve deposited in the last seven days. Wins aren’t guaranteed, but it’s a nice addition.
As always, give the terms and conditions a thorough read before you get started and keep your wits about you while using the bonuses.
VIP and Loyalty Programme
The NetBet Players Club rewards you for playing at NetBet. You start at Bronze and can progress through Silver, Gold, Diamond, Platinum, Stellar, and finally Elite. It’s a familiar tiered system that is used at many online casinos, but it doesn’t necessarily stand out for players looking for something fresh.
Your player status updates in real time and they tend to review it monthly, which adds a level of transparency. But, with the Bronze through Diamond levels only lasting one month and Plantium and Stella requiring sustained activity over two months, it’s bound to make players feel like they are always chasing wins.
We hold a firm stance on anti-chasing wins and instead advocate for players to only ever play for fun. At the end of the day, if you earn a VIP level, that should just be an additional bonus.
Banking & Payment Methods
NetBet allows players worldwide to make deposits and withdrawals using many payment options and they accept all major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. There are 25 deposit methods in total, but only 16 withdrawals.
The minimum deposit limit for most payment methods is just £10 and it’s nice to see this on the lower end of industry standards. To withdraw, you will need £10 in your account but be aware that depending on your chosen payment method, this may incur withdrawal fees.
E-wallets take up to two days to process, while card payments and bank transfers can take up to five and seven days, respectively. With that being said, we didn’t have to wait that long for our withdrawal. Using Skrill for both the deposit and withdrawal, we had our funds in our account within eight hours. We would have preferred instant withdrawals, but eight hours is certainly quicker than two days.
As this is a secure and regulated casino, you will be expected to upload Know Your Customer (KYC) documents almost immediately after registering. This will include proof of identity and proof of address documents, which you will need to upload in your account section under ‘Upload Documents’.

Responsible Gambling
In the ‘Responsible Tools’ section that is located in the footer, players can find all the help and advice they will need in one section. There are seven tools for players to access, such as self-exclusion, cool off and deposit limits, providing a range that will meet players needs. You will be able to set or adjust any limits in your account settings, but an increase in limits will need to be authorised by a member of staff. This isn’t exactly player friendly and is not the standard we expect to see at a modern casino, so we wouldn’t be surprised if this is off-putting for some players.
For external help, NetBet has links to GAMSTOP, GamCare, Gambling Therapy, GamBan and GambleAware that all seek to help people who are facing gambling-related harm.
Customer Support at NetBet Casino
You’ll be able to reach NetBet’s customer support team using live chat only between the hours of 09:00 to 23:00 GMT+1. While we’re happy to see the customer support team accessible through live chat, we don’t like how they leave at 23:00 GMT – and especially in today’s day and age we’d expect to see a live chat facility running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Still, if you run into problems – or have questions outside of these hours, you can send the customer support team an email, although response times can take up to 24 hours, so keep this in mind.
NetBet Casino Experience and Features
A key part of our online casino review is assessing the aesthetic and functionality, which NetBet does an okay job of. Nothing groundbreaking, just a user-friendly casino with fast load times. Although we will say the black background with dark grey writing for the terms and conditions needs to be addressed, as it makes it completely unreadable. Another feature we aren’t particularly fond of is that when you click on a handful of pages, for example, the responsible gambling page or FAQs, it opens in a pop-up. This can be quite annoying, especially on mobile, as you will then need to go back to the original page.
For mobile, on-the-go gaming, this is going to look different depending on whether you are team Android or team Apple. For iOS users, there is a dedicated app available in the Apple App Store, while Android users can skip this step and play directly in the mobile browser. Both work well, and there are no drawbacks in terms of the amount or quality of games to play.

NetBet Casino Game Providers
NetBet features 47 game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Playtech, Evolution, Blueprint, Games Global, Inspired, Gaming Realms, PlaynGO, Light & Wonder, NetEnt, Eyecon, Realistic, Wazdan, Gaming Corps, BF Games, ReelPlay, Red Tiger, Nolimit City, G Games, Relax Gaming, iSoftBet, Yggdrasil, IGT, ELK, Push Gaming, Octoplay, Playson, Hacksaw, Iron Dog, Bragg, Gamomat, Wizard Games, Spinomenal, 1x2gaming, SYNOT, Swintt, Skywind, RedRake, Greentube, Big Time Gaming, Booming Games, Lightning Box, Just For The Win, Foxium, Neko Games, Fantasma and NextGen.
As you can see, there are some big names in this list that almost guarantee great games. You will be able to browse each provider’s game selection in the ‘Providers’ section, but there are no filtering options within each subcategory, e.g., slots, live casino, or crash games.
NetBet Casino Slots
NetBet advertises that it has over 4,500 games in the lobby, and most of these are found in the slots section.
The slot section includes popular slots, new slots and top 20 slots, as well as some more thematic categorisation, such as mythology, diamonds and classic casino. With this in mind, players can tailor their search to find games they genuinely want to play.
Live Casino
NetBet has a pretty solid live casino section and all their live dealer games are primarily provided by Evolution and Pragmatic Play. This means you’ll definitely be in for some high-quality games.
About the NetBet Casino Team and History
NetBet was first established way back in 2001, making it one of the oldest gambling sites on the planet. Owned and operated by NetBet Enterprises, the company is licensed in Malta, Romania, and the UK.
Initially, NetBet was known primarily for its sports betting, but they’ve since built out a solid casino facility, and today, it makes up a core part of its site, allowing you to enjoy game after game from leading studios.
Back in the day, we worked closely with NetBet, and they had passed the Baptism by Fire and became a Casinomeister-Accredited casino. Unfortunately, they have lost their status and dropped down to the Grey Zone after refusing to engage with us, and even worse, engage with player complaints.
To add fuel to the fire, the UKGC issued them a £650,000 fine for anti-money laundering and social responsibility failures. At the time of writing this casino review, this is still fresh news, so we don’t blame players if they are put off signing up before NetBet rebuilds its reputation.
Complaints and Track Record
As Max has already mentioned above, after a big conundrum with NetBet that happened more than a decade ago, now the casino is at the point where there’s nothing in particular to be alarmed about, complaints-wise.
