Regent Play Casino Review
UK-friendly casino with no withdrawal limits
Casinomeister's Verdict
Regent Play Casino was launched in 2018, and since then, it has managed to include thousands of fan-favorite titles and partnered with over 30 industry giants.
Yet, they don’t seem to be running any kind of program directed towards their most loyal players (at least not for the UK-based ones), and their chat support isn’t exactly available whenever you feel like reaching out to them.
If these aren’t a show stopper for you, Regent Play Casino could be worth your while, but don’t forget to move slowly, given their parent company’s previous unbothered attitude towards players’ complaints.
30+ software providers
From the Desk of Max Drayman
Let’s begin at the bottom: Regent Play is an Aspire Global property and Aspire Global has been a pet peeve of mine for a good many years. A large group of casinos imposing draconian terms on players and hell-bent on ignoring any and all complaints: all in all a very bad player experience. But the truth is that all of that seems to have disappeared into the sands of time, we haven’t heard much at all from Aspire Global casinos for a few years now. So while I would be VERY reluctant to advise anyone to go to an Aspire Global property (for historical reasons) in fairness all I can reasonably say these days is “proceed with caution.” Aspire Global does have a terrible history but these things can change and that very well may be applicable here.
Pros
-
No withdrawal limits

Regent Play Casino Bonuses and Promotions
Regent Play seems to be running just the right amount of casino bonuses, regardless of whether you’re into bonus spins or matched deposit offers. Still, they’ve got a lengthy list of games that do not contribute towards bonus wagering, so make sure to read the fine print before claiming (or playing, for that matter) anything.
VIP and Loyalty Programs
Unfortunately, we couldn’t find any VIP/Loyalty programs anywhere on Regent Play Casino’s website. Whether they’re running VIP programs for some markets, and shutting out others, it’s beyond us at this point.
Banking & Payment Methods
Regent Play Casino supports 15+ payment methods, but the options are quite likely to differ based on your location. From where we’re at, we’ve spotted the usual fiat options, such as Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, but also Neosurf, Jeton, and AstroPay.
As for cashing out, the withdrawal options are, by and large, similar, so you probably have no issues withdrawing your winnings via the same method you’ve used for deposits. Keep in mind, though, Neosurf and Paysafecard are prepaid-only options, so you won’t be able to use them for withdrawals at any online casino, including Regent Play.
In terms of the withdrawal limits, there are none, which is only logical given that Regent Play Casino is UKGC-licensed. The minimum withdrawal amount is capped at €10, while the waiting window depends on the method you’ve opted for. E-wallets could take up to 72 hours, while both card payments and bank transfers could draw out to 7 business days.
With so many online casinos out there processing withdrawals in double quick time (even with the same payment options), it goes completely over our heads what’s taking Regent Play so long.
Responsible Gaming
Regent Play seems to care about their players’ gambling responsibly, and it shows, at least based on the number of responsible gaming features they provide. There are deposit and session limits, a cool-off feature, a reality check, and the self-exclusion option. They also didn’t mince their words, speaking of how and when to activate those features, and you can do all that on your own, without having to jump through hoops by having to go back and forth with their customer support.
Customer Support at Regent Play Casino
Regent Play Casino’s customer support shines exactly where it should shine — in providing assistance to players. With one small exception, though. Their chat support isn’t available at all times — you can only get in touch with them from 8 a.m. to 1 a.m., and you’ll probably wait for some time even if they’re available. You can also dispatch them an email, but don’t expect to receive the response any quicker there.
The silver lining is that they’re really knowledgeable and seem happy to help, at least that was our experience several times we got in touch with Regent Play’s customer support.
Regent Play Casino Experience and Features
Regent Play’s website gives off the classic royal casino vibe — everything’s saturated in gold, silver, and black, and the very name Regent hollers nobility.
They could have invested some time into making the website slightly more intuitive (and this includes the game filtering, too), as players would appreciate a seamless UX much more than a sparkly logo adorned with a crown.
That being said, nothing to write home about features-wise. They haven’t even got a chat support widget on the homepage, so you’ll have to head over to the top left corner of the page and look for their customer support there.
There isn’t a standalone Regent Play Casino app, either, but that shouldn’t be too much of a hassle since the website renders flawlessly in mobile browsers as well.
Brand games
Game Providers
Regent Play Casino joined up with 30+ software providers — could be worse but could definitely be more extensive. Anyhow, we’ve spotted just the right number of industry powerhouse names such as Play’n GO, NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, and Big Time Gaming, so judging by all that, you definitely won’t lack things to do around here, despite the somewhat paltry number of providers. Still, make a mental note that you may not see the same list of providers (and games, for that matter) from where you’re at, since that varies by location.
Regent Play Casino Slots
Once we loaded Regent Play online casino, we spotted heaps of slots. From Play n’ GO’s 5-reeler Leprechaun’s Diamond Dig, and Playtech’s iconic 6-reeler Buffalo Blitz II, to classic all-time favorites such as Pragmatic Play’s Big Bass Bonanza, and high volatility slot Mermaid’s Treasure Trove.
Judging from the look (and feel) of it, slot enthusiasts won’t feel let down at Regent Play. Still, what may feel like a let-down is the utter lack of any kind of filters that would help players narrow down the total number of titles. There’s the good old search bar, but based on a general consensus, that’s usually not enough unless you know exactly what you’re looking for.
Live Casino
The live casino section at Regent Play probably won’t bowl you over, but if you’re a fan of roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker, or game shows, you’ll likely find at least a couple of the most popular titles from each category to give a try.
For perspective, we spotted Evolution’s most sought-after titles, such as Lightning Baccarat and Crazy Time, but the lineup may be marginally different depending on the location from which you load Regent Play Casino’s website.
About the Regent Play Casino Team and History
To avoid falling prey to first impressions only, we make sure to stick with our tried and tested casino reviews methodology and go over each casino’s history and general operational data.
We found Aspire Global Communications Limited behind Regent Play Casino, a brand located in Sliema, Malta, holding an MGA and a UKGC license. AG Communications LTD also owns dozens of other casinos, including Casiplay, PlayFrank, and Mr.Play Casino.
It’s important to note, though, that the UKGC recently directed Aspire Global to allocate £1.4m to social causes due to non-compliance with anti-money laundering procedures.
Complaints and Track Record
Checking up on each casino’s track record is an essential component of how we rate online casinos, so we didn’t treat Regent Play any differently. As it happens, Regent Play Casino didn’t trigger any complaints here at Casinomeister, but given their parent company’s history of ignoring players’ complaints, it’s hard to state that they’ve got a pristine record.
