VegasLand Casino Review
UKGC-licensed casino stacked with slots
Casinomeister's Verdict
VegasLand Casino is a fairly new name in the iGaming industry, already picking up pace in areas that matter to players. They’ve got a library stacked with diverse titles, a bunch of responsible gaming tools, and a hefty spectrum of payment options.
Still, they don’t seem like they’ve poured in as much effort into putting their website together. Every so often, things get unresponsive, and their live chat widget is so tucked away that it looks like they’ve invested all their time and energy into hiding it.
If you don’t expect these to bother you, VegasLand Casino might be worth a peek, but only provided that you don’t let the fact that their parent company has a history of ignoring player complaints slip your mind. In case you’ve already given VegasLand a try, let us know your thoughts on our forums.
30+ reputable software providers
From the Desk of Max Drayman
VegasLand is an Aspire Global property and Aspire Global has been a pet peeve of mine for a good many years. A large group of casinos imposing draconian terms on players and hell-bent on ignoring any and all complaints: all in all a very bad player experience. But the truth is that all of that seems to have disappeared into the sands of time, we haven’t heard much at all from Aspire Global casinos for a few years now. So while I would be VERY reluctant to advise anyone to go to an Aspire Global property (for historical reasons) in fairness all I can reasonably say these days is “proceed with caution.” Aspire Global does have a terrible history but these things can change and that very well may be applicable here.
Pros
-
Stacked library of slots
-
No withdrawal limits
Cons
-
Laggy website
-
Limited chat support availability
VegasLand Casino Bonuses and Promotions
VegasLand Casino doesn’t exactly feature a mindblowing number of casino bonuses (though this could vary depending on your location), but we’ve spotted daily bonus spins, drops & wins, and the standard welcome bonus. Still, if you’ve claimed any of the welcome bonuses at any of Aspire Global’s other casinos (and Aspire Global does own a whole slew of them), you won’t be eligible for the welcome offer at VegasLand, too.
VIP and Loyalty Programs
If you’re joining VegasLand Casino from markets other than the UK, you may have the option to get access to VegasLand’s Loyalty program. This gives you a chance to get faster withdrawals, extra spins, higher limits, a personal manager, and a monthly cashback bonus.
UK players, though, tough luck, since you’ll be excluded from any kind of VIP treatment here.
Banking & Payment Methods
VegasLand Casino supports 15+ payment methods, most of which are pretty standard, including Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, and bank transfer. Methods for cashing out are largely similar to the ones available for deposits, though if you go for some of the options that don’t support withdrawals, such as Neosurf or Paysafecard, you’ll have to go with something else to successfully cash out.
As for the withdrawal limits, there are no any, which totally figures given that they’re licensed by the UKGC.
The main drawback, though, is the payout time, which could linger up to 10 business days if you end up going for a bank transfer. Withdrawals with e-wallets move much faster, but could take up to 5 days in a worst case scenario.
You won’t be able to make any deposits, though (let alone play), before you confirm your identity, which makes total sense since VegasLand holds the UKGC license.
Responsible Gaming
We have to give it to VegasLand Casino for their exceptionally detailed responsible gaming section. You’ll find plenty of external resources there, including Gambling Therapy Online and Gamblock, as well as really thorough instructions on how to activate each of their responsible gaming features.
Speaking of features, they’ve got a solid selection — there’s the deposit limit, reality check, the cool-off option, and self-exclusion. There’s always room for improvement, as you can never go overboard with responsible gambling.
Customer Support at VegasLand Casino
We have mixed feelings about the customer support experience at VegasLand Casino. First of all, you won’t even have ‘the privilege’ of accessing their live chat option unless you’ve created an account. And even that doesn’t guarantee that you’ll have a smooth experience.
It took us a good deal of time to detect their pint-sized chat support icon placed in the upper left corner of our account settings. Almost as if making it barely possible for you to reach out was part of the plan.
Once we finally located the widget, though, we had to go through the chatbot first. But even then, if we reached out outside of their working hours (8 a.m. to 1 a.m.) we’d face nothing but a brick wall.
To be fair, every time we did manage to get put through a customer service rep, they responded really quickly and were pretty polite. But this doesn’t absolve VegasLand Casino of responsibility to provide players with a customer service that’s there when you actually need it.
VegasLand Casino Experience and Features
After spending quite a while assessing and rating VegasLand Casino’s website, we can state beyond doubt that their platform is half-baked, at best. Things get glitchy at completely random moments, and at one point, their entire Terms and Conditions, FAQ, and Bonus Terms sections did not load up at all. Truth be told, they did fix it after we raised the issue with their customer support, but we had to fish for their live chat widget for quite some time. But more on that later.
As for the special features, keep your expectations low in this department, too. There’s essentially nothing — even the most basic filtering features we’re used to seeing in up-and-coming online casinos (such as filtering games by provider or theme) are lacking here.
You’ll find the Android VegasLand app on Google Play, but if you’re an iOS user, you’ll have to settle for your mobile device browser and expect the same level of glitchiness.
Brand games
Game Providers
VegasLand Casino joined forces with 30+ software providers, and the roster includes big star names such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Red Tiger, Yggdrasil, and the like. The total selection may be different depending on the location you load up their website from, but in general, you’ll probably see at least some of these prominent names featured.
VegasLand Casino Slots
If we tried to calculate even the rough number of VegasLand Casino’s slots, we’d probably be wide of the mark. That’s because their library is filled with stacks of titles, including Pragmatic Play’s highly prized 5-reeler Big Bass Bonanza, Play’n GO’s mythical-themed Rise of Olympus, and their classic 3-reeler, Fire Joker.
The point where VegasLand Casino kind of misses the mark is the utter lack of any game filtering whatsoever. You’ll have to settle for their search bar, which is only practical if you know exactly what you’re looking for. If not, there’s not much left to do but scroll endlessly.
Live Casino
Once we loaded VegasLand’s Live casino section, we spotted a fair selection of titles, particularly ones coming straight from Evolution Gaming’s vault. There are enough baccarat choices, but also roulette, blackjack, and game shows. The total number probably won’t knock your socks off, but it’s a good mix.
About the VegasLand Casino Team and History
As we habitually do when putting casino reviews pen to paper, we thoroughly inspect the team behind each platform.
Here’s what cropped up about VegasLand Casino.
Launched in 2022 by Aspire Global Ltd, VegasLand is one more brand under the MGA and UKGC licensed company. They’re also behind casinos such as Casiplay, PlayFrank, Mr.Play, Regent Play and Plaza Royal.
Aspire Global, though, recently had to allocate £1.4m to social causes due to their non-compliance with anti-money laundering procedures, so they can’t exactly flaunt their impeccable reputation.
Complaints and Track Record
Complaints make up for a really huge part in our casino review process, so that’s why we snuck a look at our own complaints records here at Casinomeister. Luckily for VegasLand Casino, we had zero complaints on how they were doing business in the past couple of years.
Their parent company, though, had been ignoring player appeals for quite a while back in the day.
These days, things seem different. We haven’t received any complaints on Aspire Global for a stretch. But this doesn’t really mean much — we still don’t have proof that the company now wouldn’t turn a deaf ear if any complaints cropped up.
