WikiLuck Casino Review

A fairly new casino with a nice variety of payment methods

    Casinomeister's Verdict

On the surface, WikiLuck Casino seems like a well-rounded casino. They’ve thrown in a nice mix of payment methods (25+ in total), thousands of versatile games, and a decent lineup of software providers.

Under the hood, though, we can’t say they didn’t miss a few marks. Their customer support is a total hit or miss, they’ve invested bare minimum effort in the responsible gaming department, and their dispute resolution process is far from promising.

With all that said, it would be wise to exercise caution if you’re thinking of playing at WikiLuck Casino, at least until they straighten out that ADR thing. In case you’ve already taken a shot at WikiLuck, don’t be shy, share your thoughts on our forums.

No record of problems or complaints at Casinomeister which is the good news. The bad news is that their Complaints procedure seems to be either fabricated for show or very much a work in progress: they claim that a “designated ADR” will handle disputes — that’s in keeping with the new Curaçao rules regarding Complaints — but go on to say that gaming-curacao.com is that ADR. The problem is that if you go to that site — the old 365/JAZ Master License site —you get this message: “ATTENTION – GAMING CURACAO HAS CEASED OPERATIONS ON AUGUST 18TH 2024… Any reference online to the Gaming Curacao logo and/or Gaming Curacao’s Master License (365JAZ) after August 18, 2024, will be prohibited and not supported or endorsed by the Gaming Services Provider.” Needless to say, that’s not a good look for the service that players are supposed to turn to if they have a dispute with the casino. Perhaps things are in a state of flux with gaming-curacao.com and they’re transitioning to being a legitimate ADR, who knows? The point is that players have no idea what they’re getting into here and that should be a reason to maybe wait and see if the casino gets things sorted out. Better safe than sorry is a tired cliché but it’s also good advice.

    Pros

    • Good deal of slots

    • Nice mix of payment methods

    • 60+ software providers

    Cons

    • No RG tools except self-exclusion

    • Evasive customer support

    WikiLuck Casino Bonuses and Promotions

WikiLuck Casino runs several different promotional offers, each aimed at a different kind of player. We’ve spotted a fairly generous welcome bonus, reload offers, drops and wins, and several ongoing tournaments. Keep in mind, though, you won’t be able to withdraw anything while you have any of the WikiLuck casino bonuses active.

    VIP and Loyalty Programs

In the VIP and loyalty programs department at WikiLuck Casino, a huge, empty nothing. We’ve looked around their promotional sections and terms and conditions page, but not a single word on anything even remotely resembling a VIP scheme. Hopefully, they’ll do a U-turn, and we’ll see something implemented soon.

    Banking & Payment Methods

WikiLuck Casino supports 25+ individual payment methods, including the standard stuff such as Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, Interac, Paysafecard, and Skrill, and lots of crypto options including Solana, Binance, Ethereum, Tether, Chainlink, and Ripple. The withdrawal options are more or less the same, but you won’t be able to pull out anything with methods such as Paysafecard, for example, as it doesn’t support withdrawals.

Withdrawals are capped at €5,000/week, while the withdrawal time could take up to 10 days if you go for a bank transfer, or up to 72 hours for e-wallets and crypto payments.

Keep in mind, though, before you’re about to make your first withdrawal, you’ll need to confirm your identity first by uploading your passport, ID, or driving license, and your address by uploading an electricity or water bill.

    Responsible Gaming

On the responsible gaming front at WikiLuck casino, except for the self-exclusion by request, a big fat zero. Their responsible gaming section features nothing but a list of external help links (not even clickable) and a pretty sparse questionnaire. In this day and age, this is beyond unacceptable. We haven’t seen a casino with such a careless attitude towards responsible gaming in a while, so this makes WikiLuck Casino’s strike twice as bad. They really made sure to stick out from the crowd, and for all the wrong reasons.

    Customer Support at WikiLuck Casino

You can reach out to WikiLuck Casino’s customer support using their email address or the live chat widget. Whichever option you go for, don’t expect much, though. Each time we clicked that tiny speech cloud at the bottom of the page, regardless of the question we had, they told us another department was in charge of that and left us high and dry. Things may go another way for you (and we truly hope they will), but the way things stand right now, don’t get overly optimistic.

    WikiLuck Casino Experience and Features

WikiLuck Casino’s interface feels lively and cheerful. They’ve made sure to throw in bold colors and upbeat visuals, though that might be a bit off-putting to folks used to dark-theme online casinos. It wouldn’t hurt to throw in the option to switch from light to dark theme.

As for some extra features at WikiLuck, at least they give you the option to search for games by name, provider, feature, and/or theme, but since this is the bare minimum most places include, we’re not fully convinced this should be called extra.

Also, WikiLuck Casino is only accessible via their website, there’s no app version whatsoever. At the time of writing this casino review, we haven’t had any issues loading their web page in our mobile browser.

    Brand games

    Game Providers

WikiLuck Casino teamed up with 60+ software providers in total, including industry veterans such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Yggdrasil, and Big Time Gaming, among others. Solely judging from the lineup, you can’t say the total number of developers isn’t decent, especially because WikiLuck launched just a year ago, in 2024.

    WikiLuck Casino Slots

While it’s near impossible to estimate exactly how many slots WikiLuck casino stores in its library, if you’re trying to reach the end of their slots page, you may be under the impression you’ll be stuck scrolling till the end of time, in the most positive way.

To give you a taste of what it’s like at WikiLuck, you’ll see games like Valley of the Gods, Age of Rome, Egyptian Sun, It’s a Joker, and Lucky Dama Muerta, to name a few.

    Live Casino

Fortunately, the live dealer games at WikiLuck casino are neatly distilled into 6 different categories — roulette, blackjack, game shows, baccarat, poker, and TV games. While this may not make a world of difference if an online casino’s total lineup is not worth getting near, since WikiLuck made sure to give players a treasure trove of live casino titles, the categorization is definitely a nice touch. Depending on which category is your pick, you’ll stumble across titles such as Funky Time Live, Blackjack A, PokerBet, Golden Baccarat, Euro Jackpot Roulette, and First Person Bae Bo, among others.

About the WikiLuck Casino Team and History

WikiLuck Casino is owned and operated by New Era B.V., a company behind 10+ other brands, including 24Slots Casino and Olympusbet Casino. They’ve obtained a GCB license no. OGL/2024/181/0181, but they aren’t without reputational stains.

In June 2024, New Era B.V. was banned from operating in Sweden, and word has it they’ve been operating illegally in Spain for a while now.

    Complaints and Track Record

As our usual drill of how we rate online casinos goes, we make sure to look under the hood, too, and search for all the complaints a casino has ever had raised here at Casinomeister. WikiLuck, though, is conveniently lucky enough not to have had a single player file a complaint against them. This may or may not mean a lot since they’ve been launched only a second ago (in 2024), but we’ll keep a close eye on how they operate moving forward.
