WinBay is one of the latest casinos in the portfolio of NovaForge Ltd, and it shares all the good and bad stuff we’ve come to expect from this operator. The game selection is superb, with over 100 providers featured on the site, and there’s a comprehensive set of payment methods that includes cards, e-wallets, crypto, and more. Plus, the support team has been decent across all NovaForge sites.
Sadly, the biggest issue with NovaForge is they seem to have a penchant for delaying withdrawals through various excuses and KYC shenanigans, even if they end up paying people in the end. The casino is further undermined by consistently terrible bonus terms, mainly the absurdly high wagering requirements. They also have nothing in terms of responsible gambling tools, but that’s not a surprise.

This casino is in very much the same boat as previous Rabidi/NovaForge casinos: no immediate record in our Player Arbitration (PAB) service but a consistent record of player difficulties with sister casinos; licensing is Anjouan; sister casinos within the Rabidi group — now rebranded to NovaForge — have been through the complaints process at Casinomeister and not done well, largely for ignoring player complaints. It remains to be seen if they’ll change their ways, so be aware of the issues and exercise caution if you choose to play here.

The WinBay casino welcome bonus is a 100% match up to €500 and 200 Free Spins. Good at a glance, but far from it when you get into the terms.
First, the wagering requirement is 35x the bonus and deposit amount, meaning you have to wager your deposit an absurd 70 times before you can cash out. They also don’t share what game the free spins are credited for, and they wouldn’t hide that if it was anything with good RTP. Plus, there’s literally hundreds of slots you’re not allowed to play with the bonus.
To top it all off, they have a bunch of bonus terms that seem geared for finding excuses to justify accusing players of bonus abuse, and we’ve seen a couple of cases of sister casinos trying to do just that.
No-Deposit & Free Spins Offers
WinBay doesn’t have any no deposit bonuses at the time of writing, but they do have a free spins offer every week — you can grab 50 free spins by depositing at least €20. There’s also a weekend reload bonus that includes a 50% match up to €700 and another 50 free spins, but both offers suffer from the aforementioned lackluster terms.
If you’re looking for better offers, there are many superior casino bonuses to choose from.
VIP and Loyalty Programs
WinBay has a VIP program that consists of five tiers, each bringing a set of benefits to the table. However, with the combination of non-transparent leveling and underwhelming rewards, players shouldn’t put too much stock into it.
To illustrate, the first two levels’ highlight features are 24/7 support and “on-site promotions.” You know, those things everyone gets upon signing up. It’s only with level 3 that you start unlocking other benefits, such as increased withdrawal limits, cashback bonuses, personalized offers, and a personal VIP manager.
In short, you’ll find much better VIP/loyalty programs in many of our other casino reviews, and there are much better sites to play at if you’re hoping to reap long-term benefits.

One of WinBay’s biggest strengths is its broad selection of payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, PaysafeCard, Rapid Transfer, MuchBetter, Interac, Revolut, Neosurf, Skrill, Neteller, Jeton, MiFinity, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, XRP Tether, USD Coin, Bitcoin Cash, Dogecoin, Cardano, and more. With cards, vouchers, e-wallets, and crypto, the casino should have everyone covered.
Sadly, it’s not all sunshine and rainbows in this department either, as WinBay suffers from slow withdrawals and restrictive withdrawal limits.
The casino doesn’t support weekend payouts, and withdrawal processing can take up to 10 business days. Moreover, with limits of only €500 per day and €7000 per month, WinBay has one of the lowest withdrawal limits we’ve seen recently, and it certainly won’t attract any high rollers.
Finally, there’s KYC. On paper, it’s all the usual: personal ID, proof of address, proof of ownership of your used deposit method, etc. However, the real problem is they don’t let you verify your account at your own convenience, and instead insist the process can only start when they deem it necessary. In other words, they’ll most likely try and use it to delay or deny your payouts if you win any meaningful amount of money.

As expected, WinBay doesn’t give responsible gambling any attention apart from the bare minimum required by their license. You’ll find a decently comprehensive page that explains what responsible gambling is and how you can avoid it becoming a problem, but there’s really not much in terms of actual responsible gambling features.

Support is one of the few reliable and consistent things at NovaForge casinos. You can get in touch via email or 24/7 live chat, and our experience with support agents has been positive. We ran into no queues and they addressed our questions accurately, though they sometimes needed a while to respond and are prone to replying with blocks of text copy-pasted from whatever script they’re using.
There’s also a fairly comprehensive help centre that answers frequently asked questions across several categories, including games, bonuses, transactions, technical issues, verification, and more. This is always a welcome sight, regardless of how reliable the support team is.

The story with WinBay’s design and UX is pretty much the same as all the other NovaForge properties we reviewed in the past — they use the same clean, user-friendly UI template that makes the casino easy to navigate, while putting a new thematic spin on it. This casino’s theme is all about the open sea, treasure-hunting pirates, and sea monsters. It’s light, fresh, and works quite well.
As usual, there’s no dedicated mobile app but the mobile site works smoothly, as there’s no clutter and the site features large buttons by default. It’s unlikely to offer the best mobile casino experience you’ve ever come across, but all the games we tested worked well, and that’s the bare minimum at the end of the day.

About the WinBay Team and History
WinBay launched in 2025 as one of the dozens of online casino brands operated by NovaForge Ltd under an Anjouan license (ALSI-152406028-FI2).
NovaForge is a relatively new operator on paper, but something that can’t be ignored is their connection to the now-defunct Rabidi NV. While their casinos all have questionable terms, they seem to actually be paying people now, even if the process sometimes seems to be sandpaper-smooth. Needless to say, none of the NovaForge brands are likely to become Accredited casinos any time soon, and players should exercise caution when depositing at any of their sites.
Complaints and Track Record
We’ve had no direct complaints about WinBay yet, but that’s expected, considering it’s a brand new site.
Looking at public complaints elsewhere, it’s easy to see the same pattern we’ve been seeing with all NovaForge casinos so far: issues related to delayed withdrawals and KYC issues are the most common, with the occasional attempt to deny bonus payouts. However, they don’t leave a trail of unresolved complaints behind them, so that’s a cautiously optimistic sign.
