First Impression
Winn-Palace Casino claims on their About Us page that “the company is fully licensed by the LGA (Lotteries and Gaming Authority) in Malta”.
There are two problems with that.
Firstly, the “LGA (Lotteries and Gaming Authority)” no longer exists. They rebranded in 2015 to the “MGA (Malta Gaming Authority)”. One would expect a licensee to be privy to that sort of information.
Secondly, the MGA doesn’t concur, listing Winn-Palace Casino on their page of Unauthorised URLs where it states: “Any reference to the MGA and/or gaming licence/s said to be issued by the Maltese Authority, as stated on these domains is false and misleading.”
