WinOMania Casino Review
Solid UKGC-licensed casino with thousands of games
Casinomeister's Verdict
Winomania Casino, established in 2018 and operated by Anakatech Interactive Limited, offers a well-rounded gaming experience backed by a UKGC licence. The platform stands out for its strong selection of slots, live casino titles powered by leading providers like Evolution and Play’n GO, and a transparent bonus structure. The six-tier VIP programme adds extra value with personalised rewards, while the site’s smooth navigation and mobile optimisation ensure a seamless user experience. Responsible gambling tools and helpful customer support further enhance its credibility.
However, there are a few drawbacks to consider. Withdrawal speeds are notably slow, with processing times of up to 10 days and no weekend payouts. Payment options, while covering popular methods, lack variety compared to competitors. Additionally, the absence of a dedicated mobile app and limited live chat hours may frustrate some players, while the lack of advanced game filtering can make browsing less convenient.
Overall, this Winomania Casino review finds the platform to be a solid and trustworthy option with room for improvement. If you’ve played here, share your experience in the forum.
UKGC-licensed casino
From the Desk of Max Drayman
Winomania has had one formal complaint (PAB) at Casinomeister and two issues on the forums since they came on board roughly 18 months ago. The forum issues were dealt with in good time and the PAB needed to be bumped over to the casino’s ADR as it concerned a difference of opinion on how certain clauses in the T&C were to be interpreted. The casino self-exclusion policy is fit for purpose and is clearly described. Their Complaints procedure is basically standard issue for a well-run casino with the only proviso that their designated ADR is unknown to us. We’ll take the “no news is good news” approach on that and assume that if there were bad things to be said someone would have done so. In conclusion, we see no reason for players to be worried about playing at Winomania: it seems to be a well run and well behaved operation.

WinOMania Casino Bonuses and Promotions
The Winomania bonus page is fairly decked out with promotions, covering free spins, cashback and the all-important welcome bonus. When you load up the promotions page, underneath each bonus is a description of what you can expect from each bonus.
All in all, the terms and conditions look to be transparent and fair. The only real catch is that the minimum deposit for a selection of bonuses sits at €40, which laughs in the face of the €10-€20 industry standard.
VIP and Loyalty Programme
Winomania has a six-tiered VIP programme that offers various rewards depending on your level, including an account manager, celebration bonuses, personalised offers and a VIP welcome offer. Players are automatically enrolled in the VIP programme upon registering an account. For every £10 wagered, players receive 1 VIP point, creating a clear pathway to progress through the ranks.
From our experience, climbing from the green level up to bronze was an easy feat, but the points required to reach the next level become progressively more difficult and unrealistic. Our advice is to play for fun, don’t chase wins and if you rise up the VIP programme in the process, that’s just an additional bonus.
All information about the VIP section is available under the ‘VIP Club’ tab in the left sidebar, including specific terms and conditions explaining how it works.
Banking & Payment Methods
Winomania’s payment section is lacklustre in variety and speed, especially as it only offers 10 depositing methods and seven withdrawal methods. They only cover options such as Visa, Skrill, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay, so we would definitely like to see a wider range of options for players to choose from.
With these methods available, you would think that it would come hand in hand with fast withdrawals, but this isn’t the case. Winomania does not offer weekend payouts, meaning the seven processing days for e-wallets and card payments and the 10 processing days for bank transfers may take longer. The minimum withdrawal limit is a reasonable £10 and you can expect no payout limits, since it’s a UKGC-licensed platform.
Before you can begin playing with your first deposit, you will need to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) checks. You will be prompted to do this when you first sign up or when you click the ‘Deposit’ button. You’re required to upload the usual proof of address and proof of identity documents and this process will need to be completed before you can proceed.
Responsible Gambling
As part of how we rate online casinos, it’s important to assess the amount of responsible gaming tools offered and how effective they are. Winomania offers five responsible gambling tools, covering cool off, self-exclusion, session limit, reality check and deposit limit. This may not seem like a lot, but they include ways of reducing playing time, imposing money limits and offering breaks on a permanent basis for players who need it.
We reached out to customer support to ask questions about how the deposit limits work, and they had the necessary information at hand to answer all of our questions, so we recommend reaching out to them if needed.
Customer Support at Winomania Casino
In Winomania’s case, the customer support comes via a live chat, email support, a contact form and FAQs. The FAQs are a great place to start, as they offer quick answers to commonly asked questions. However, if you don’t find the answer you’re looking for there, it’s better to head to the live chat widget.
Keep in mind that the live chat is open between 7:00AM and 11:00PM, which can be frustrating for players if you run into any issues out of hours. Though, you will be able to use the email function to reach out, this won’t be picked up until the morning. This is certainly a drawback to keep in mind before registering at Winomania.
Winomania Casino Experience and Features
The experience at Winomania is seamless, with fast loading times and straightforward navigation.
Unfortunately, there are no filtering options to make finding games easier, so if you don’t have an idea of what you’re about to play, you may end up spending hours scrolling through the games lobby.
While there’s no dedicated Winomania app, the casino works perfectly on the mobile browser. You will be able to play the vast selection of games on the smaller screen, which operate in landscape or portrait mode. It has the same fast loading times and no glitching, so it’ll definitely work if you’re into on-the-go gaming.
Brand games
Winomania Casino Game Providers
Winomania Casino used to offer a range of in-house games. However, they’ve recently expanded their offering to include games from mainstream software providers.
You can now find titles from Pragmatic Play, Games Global, Inspired, Play’N GO, Evolution, Spinoro, RelaxGaming, Eyecon, BigTimeGaming, Greentube, RedTiger, Hacksaw, and Nolimit City, among others.
Winomania Casino Slots
Winomania’s slot collection is really something, and while they received criticism in the past for a somewhat limited range, this has all changed today. You’ll find everything from classic three-reel slots to modern five-reel video slots and even progressive jackpot titles.
Popular titles from NetEnt, like Starburst and Gonzo’s Quest, sit alongside BTG’s innovative Megaways games, which offer up to 117,649 ways to win on each spin. iSoftBet brings unique branded games, while Red Tiger’s daily jackpots offer you a chance to win big daily.
You’ll also find Play’n GO’s high-quality slots, known for their engaging themes and graphics. On top of that, we’ve spotted Book of Dead and Reactoonz, too.
If you prefer something less volatile, you may want to go for Eyecon video slots. In case you’re into high-variance action, there are always Nolimit City’s slots.
Live Casino
Winomania’s live casino selection is more than enough to keep players occupied, totalling 191 games. This covers game shows, roulette, blackjack, baccarat and poker, but keep in mind that there are only 4 poker games in total which may disappoint the poker players amongst us.
A feature we were particularly fond of is that you can see how many people are playing popular games, so you can tailor your live gaming experience accordingly.
About the Winomania Casino Team and History
Winomania is owned and operated by Anakatech Interactive Limited, a company that launched the casino in 2018. They secured a license with the UKGC, displaying their efforts to deliver fair and fun gaming experiences to UK players.
As a crucial part of how our casino rating system works, we look at whether the parent company has a clean track record, and in this case, Anakatech Interactive Limited has not received any penalties or fines for misconduct. Let’s hope these high standards continue.
Complaints and Track Record
We have looked through the archives to assess the reputation of Winomania and despite a few complaints, it has a solid reputation.
The forum and previous year PABs highlight issues regarding withdrawals, with players mostly complaining that the processing time is long and does not offer weekend withdrawals. Another player complained about the casino improperly applying their loss limit, which caused unnecessary losses. However, the casino replied and said the player had misunderstood the meaning of the loss limit procedure, concluding in the case being closed.
There aren’t any complaints that are alarming, especially as Winomania is licensed with the UKGC, but it’s important to keep your wits about you.
