Ybets Casino Review
Predatory casino with endless KYC loops and withdrawal delays
Casinomeister's Verdict
YBets Casino is deliberately delaying withdrawals for months on end and outright lying to players, even faking site downtime in the process. They mishandled a player complaint and have received a Warning because of it: YBets is stalling on withdrawals and ignoring complaints
Since they’re intentionally engaging in predatory behavior and showing no interest in resolving player issues, they’re going straight to the Rogue Pit.
Deliberately delaying payments for months
From the Desk of Max Drayman
The last time we looked at YBets they were fairly fresh on the scene from a rebranding with promises to leave the slow-payment reputation of their former selves, Inmerion, behind. At that time they seemed to be doing what needed to be done — paying players and responding to complaints — but it seems old habits are hard to break.
Now we find that YBets repeating their old tricks: endless stalling player withdrawals, cancelling withdrawals without explanation, not responding to players for months on end, ignoring complaints and generally behaving like a low-end, dirt-bag operation. They seem to have added a new trick in that they intermittently pull the plug on the casino and fob players off with “sorry, tech issues” only to return a few or several days later acting like nothing had happened.
We strongly recommend players look elsewhere for their casino services.
First Impression
Ybets Casino may be a new brand, but it’s making a pretty strong first impression in the industry thanks to its huge game portfolio which includes more than 6,000 titles from over 50 software providers!
They also offer one of the more attractive welcome bonuses we’ve seen in a while: a 500% matched welcome bonus, alongside a unique Bitcoin bonus. The site accepts both fiat-based payment methods and cryptos, and they offer fast cashouts, 20% cashback on deposit losses, and more.
The purpose of this Ybets Casino review is to give you an idea of what you can expect when playing at the casino for yourself. To kick things off, we’re going to be showing you the site’s main welcome bonus – looking at how it works, and the terms!

No-Deposit & Free Spins Offers
At the time of writing this review, we were unable to find any information about no-deposit bonuses or free spins promotions at Ybets. If this changes, we’ll do our best to update this review accordingly.
VIP and Loyalty Programs
Ybets Casino offers a straightforward cashback scheme designed to give you back a portion of your losses on both a daily and weekly basis. Every day, you can receive 10% of your daily losses, with cashback credited at midnight. However, you’ll need to claim it within 24 hours via the dedicated Cashback page, or it will expire.
In addition to the daily cashback, Ybets also provides a weekly cashback every Thursday, returning 10% of your losses accumulated between the previous Thursday and Wednesday. You’ll be notified of this cashback through the casino’s Telegram channel, ensuring you don’t miss out on the opportunity to reclaim a portion of your losses.
Banking & Payment Methods
Ybets Casino markets itself pretty heavily as a crypto casino – but they also accept many fiat-based payment methods, too. For example, you can make deposits and withdrawals using VISA and MasterCard Credit and Debit Cards, Open Banking, Skrill, PaySafeCard, RAPID, Neteller, and MoonPay. Crypto options include Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, TRON, Bitcoin Cash, Tether, USD Coin, and Binance Coin.
Deposits are credited to your account instantly, and the casino doesn’t charge any fees. However, your card or bank may, especially if you deposit in a non-native currency.
In terms of the currencies available, you can deposit, play, and withdraw, in Ethereum, US dollars, Canadian dollars, Bitcoin Cash, Dogecoin, Tether, TRON, Euros, Indian rupees, Bitcoin, USD Coin, Litecoin, British pounds sterling, Binance Coin, and Brazilian reals.
Withdrawal Speed
Now, one important thing to be aware of when you play at Ybets Casino is that all deposits must be wagered at least three times. This is quite high – usually, casinos impose a 1x limit – so this is something to be mindful of. The minimum withdrawal limit is $25 – again, slightly high, but not something that should affect most players.
For non-VIP players, the maximum monthly withdrawal limit is $10,000. VIPs can enjoy increased limits up to $35,000 – although, as noted, there’s not actually any information about their VIP program. Withdrawals can take as little as a few minutes, and up to 24 hours – depending, primarily, on the payment method you opt to use.
Responsible Gaming
Ybets Casino offers a variety of responsible gambling tools, and despite their Filipino license, they actually go above and beyond what we’d generally expect a site of their caliber to offer.
Firstly, they allow all players to set various limits, including deposit, loss, and wager. This allows you to place a cap on the amount of money that you’re able to spend/deposit/wager within a set period of time, and once you’ve reached this limit, you’ll be able to spend any more money until the pre-set period of time has elapsed.
Now, if these measures aren’t enough for you, you can also choose to take a short cooling-off break. This closes your account for up to six weeks, during which you’ll be unable to login. For those with more severe gambling problems, Ybets Casino also offers a self-exclusion facility. This closes your account on a permanent, or long-term basis – typically, a minimum of six months. During this time, you won’t be able to login, withdraw (or deposit money) – and you won’t even receive any promotional materials surrounding the site!
Ybets Customer Support
Accessing customer support at Ybets Casino is simple and straightforward. At the very bottom of the navigation menu on the left-hand side of the page you’ll see a “support” button. Clicking this will bring up a live chat popup. From here, you can connect with an operator and speak to them in real time.
KYC
Little information is given about whether player identification checks are required – but we did find the following term in the casino’s terms and conditions page:
“4.8. Ybets reserves the right, at any time, to ask for any KYC documentation it deems necessary to determine the identity and location of a Player. Ybets reserves the right to restrict the Service, payment, or withdrawal until the identity is sufficiently determined, or for any other reason in Ybets sole discretion. Ybets also reserves the right to disclose a Player’s information as appropriate to follow legal process or as otherwise permitted by the privacy policy of Ybets (owner and operator of Ybets). By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to the possibility of such disclosure.”
As evidenced by a recent PAB, they apparently like to exploit KYC as an excuse to delay withdrawals.
Ybets Casino Experience and Features
Ybets Casino use a black and red color scheme, and on the whole, it works pretty well. The homepage can be a bit overwhelming – the bonus offers are blasted right in your face at the top – but we like how the game thumbnails are pretty small, ensuring you can get a good overview of what’s on offer.
Loading speeds are fast, making deposits and withdrawals is easy, and while there isn’t a dedicated mobile casino app, you can access Ybets Casino from your mobile device. To do so, simply load up the casino from your mobile device’s Internet browser and you’ll be automatically redirected to a mobile-friendly version of the site.
Brand games
Game Providers
Ybets Casino offers a superb range of game developers – more than 50 in total – and one thing we really like about the site is that you’re able to pick a provider and see only games from that studio. The full list of game developers available at the online casino is as follows:
1Spin4Win, 3Oaks, 4ThePlayer, 5Men, 7Mojos, Amatic, Amusnet, Apparat, AvatarUX, BackseatGaming, BangBangGames, Belatra, Bet2Tech, Bgaming, BigTimeGaming, Booming, BSG, Bull Shark Games, Caleta Gaming, EAGaming, Endorphina, Evolution, Evoplay, Ezugi, Fantasma, Fazi, FelixGaming, Fugaso, GameArt, GameBeat, Gamzix, Habanero, Hacksaw, Hungry Bear, Igrosoft, IGTech, JadeRabbit, KAGaming, Kalamba, Kiron, LeapGaming, Lucky, Mancala, Mascot, Merkur, Mplay, MrSlotty, NetEnt, NetGame, Nolimit, Novomatic, Nucleus, Octoplay, Onlyplay, Petersons, PGSoft, Platipus, Playson, Popiplay, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, Quickspin, RedTiger, ReelPlay, Reevo, ReflexGaming, Slotmill, SmartSoft, SpadeGaming, Spearhead, Spin On, Technology, Thunderkick, Tom Horn Native, TurboGames, Wazdan, Winfast, and Yggdrasil.
Ybets Slots
Like most online casinos today, the majority of games at Ybets are slots – and there’s more than 5,500 in total to choose from. You’ll find these slots categorized into different sections, including Legendary Hits, Top Games, and New Releases – and you can also filter them by tags like Bonus Buy.
Looking at the Legendary Hits section, for example, we found some solid titles, including Tai the Toad, Volcano Crown, Deadwood, Sakura Fortune, Great Rhino Megaways, Lost Relics, Golden Fish Tank, and The Dog House.
Live Casino
Ybets’ live dealer casino is powered by five studios: Evolution (previously Evolution Gaming), 7mojos, Belatra, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live. Evolution offers the most games – 258 – with Pragmatic Play coming in second with 98.
Within the live dealer casino, you’ll find everything, from classics like roulette and blackjack, to spinoff variations like Lightning Roulette and Lightning Blackjack. There is also a solid selection of other games, with titles like Football Studio, Cash or Crash, Mega Ball, Deal or No Deal, and Monopoly Big Baller available.
Table Games
Ybets Casino has dedicated table game sections, and these include Poker, Blackjack, Baccarat, Craps, and Roulette. Within each section, you’ll find a decent range of titles to choose from – and these games come from numerous different software providers, too, so there’s a good variety to pick from.
Progressive Jackpots
Ybets Casino offers a selection of progressive jackpot games, although when we were putting this review together, we were unable to find any big-name titles like Mega Moolah or Divine Fortune.
About the Ybets Team and History
Ybets Casino was launched in 2024, and originally, the site was called Inmerion. After a weirdly-fast rebrand, Ybets seemed to operate much better than before, at least for a while.
They’ve recently flashed several red flags, including arbitrarily delayed withdrawals, endless KYC loops, ignored complaints, etc. If you run into issues, the Anjouan licensing won’t do you any good with complaints, and they seemed content to ignore complaints submitted in our PAB.
Complaints and Track Record
YBets had a bit of a problematic history with slow withdrawals, but they seemed to correct their ways – for a while at least. Recently, we’ve had a PAB case where the casino was holding a player’s money for over 50 days at the time of writing.
They only responded when threatened with a Warning, but proceeded to continue ignoring the case immediately after. They even faked the site going down for a few days, which is something they apparently did before.
All in all, the casino seems to have a habit of deliberately delaying withdrawals, presumably to get people to keep gambling their money until they lose or to just give up due to the never-ending tug-of-war. Avoid YBets like the plague.
