GalacticBets Casino Review

GalacticBets is a new crypto-focused casino licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority, and it offers a great library of games, particularly live games — with 12 studios at the time of writing, there’s more variety here than many competing casinos. They also have a bunch of ongoing bonus offers, though the wagering requirements can vary.
Our biggest disappointments were the clumsy approach to responsible gambling policies and tools. It’s also been a while since we’ve seen a Curaçao casino with limited live chat hours, and the withdrawal limits are quite restrictive.
For now, we have no concrete reason to doubt the casino’s legitimacy, but it’s worth noting GalacticBets is the only brand currently run by the operator, and all sister casinos it had were closed down over the years. This doesn’t inspire confidence, so we recommend caution to anyone who plays here.

This one is new to us, no record of issues on our forums or via the PAB service. As readers will know there are two areas of primary concern for us: a casino’s self-exclusion policy and what process they have in place for complaints. In neither of these areas is GalacticBets going to win any awards.
As far as their Self-Exclusion policy goes it’s very simple, there isn’t one; self exclusion is only passingly mentioned in the Terms in regard to players not welcome at GalacticBets. For Complaints the situation isn’t much better; “The complaints on disputable issues will be accepted in a form of email application (sent to [email protected]) within 10 days after the result of the event has been registered. After 10 days, no complaints will be accepted. In the disputable situations without precedents, the final decision is made by the Betting company.” Both of those policies — no complaints after 10 days, and the company making the final decision — are abnormally restrictive and hostile toward players needing such services. 60 or 90 days is pretty much a minimum for receiving complaints, and the company’s “final decision” on complaints gives no opportunity for 3rd party arbitration which, again, is pretty much a bare minimum that players should expect.
So while there is no glaring evidence against GalacticBets there are obvious areas of concern, as cited. If players are going to proceed with GalacticBets we would strongly recommend going slow and easy: test out their Customer Service at the earliest opportunity because you will be entirely dependant on them if anything goes wrong, and smart players know that there’s always something that can go wrong.

GalacticBets Casino Bonuses and Promotions
The GalacticBets bonus selection is quite good: there’s an appealing welcome package, weekly cashback, and various “weekly campaigns” that include bonus wheel spins, free spins, tournaments, and more.
While we didn’t find any concerning general bonus terms, be sure to check the wagering before you claim any offers. They range from a comfortable 30x to an absurd 70x the bonus amount from what we’ve seen. As always, be sure to read the terms carefully before claiming any offers, as they can change at any time and could include any number of dealbreakers.
VIP and Loyalty Programs
GalacticBets doesn’t have a classic VIP program, which is a bit surprising, considering “VIP clubs” and tiered loyalty schemes are pretty much a staple at offshore casinos. There are enough regular bonuses that can keep players engaged, but no special benefits for high rollers or long-term members.
Banking & Payment Methods
GalacticBets is heavily focused on crypto. Fiat deposit options are limited to debit cards, bank transfers, and Interac (Canada-only). The crypto deposit options are much more varied, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, XRP, Litecoin, and more.
Sadly, withdrawals aren’t the fastest, as they can take up to two days even for e-wallets and crypto. The withdrawal limits are more concerning though, as they’re capped at €750 per day and €10,000 per month. This isn’t the worst but definitely on the low end.
Remember you’ll have to verify your account before you’ll be able to make withdrawals, so we suggest you do that immediately. You’ll need a personal ID, a proof of address, and you’ll need to verify your phone number.
Responsible Gambling
When it comes to responsible gambling, GalacticBets really drops the ball. At first glance, their responsible gambling page is decent, with some useful information. They also give an overview of various RG tools that they advise players to use, only… those tools aren’t actually available.
While GalacticBets talks about financial limits, the only tool that’s actually accessible from your account’s responsible gambling control page is self-exclusion for periods from 7 days to 10 years or permanently. Customer Support at GalacticBets
The first thing you’ll notice about the GalacticBets support is that the live chat is only available from 06:00 PM to 11:00 AM (UTC). At a time when 24/7 support is pretty much standard for Curcao-licensed casinos, this is a huge oversight. They don’t even have an accessible FAQ section to make up for this lack of availability. The agents we talked to were okay, but the lack of availability is a glaring inconvenience.
GalacticBets Casino Experience and Features
When it comes to the layout of the site, GalacticBets follows the tried-and-true template popular with casinos today: a clean lobby with a focus on games, a collapsible side bar for navigation, and easy access to different sections of the casino (along with cashier section and account page) at the top. The design is largely minimalistic, though the high-definition sci-fi graphics definitely stick out whenever they’re displayed.
The casino works well on both desktop and mobile with no hiccups, and the mobile version of the site also features a bottom navigation bar to make the site easier to use on a phone one-handed.

You won’t find a shortage of games to play here, and with so many providers, there could always be something new you haven’t tried before.

The slots lobby features over 6500 games, and the browsing experience is quite good. You can browse slots by different mechanics (megaways, jackpots, bonus buys, etc.) but also by themes. As usual, there are separate sections for new additions and your personal favorites, letting you easily keep track of your top titles.
Live Casino
Fans of live games can enjoy classic casino games such as blackjack, roulette, baccarat, casino poker, and various game shows. Most surprisingly, GalacticBets features live games from a total of 12 studios, which is quite a change of pace from the usual combo of Pragmatic and Evolution. It doesn’t drastically change the game lineup, but it might be a welcome change of pace for some.
About the GalacticBets Team and History
GalacticBets opened its virtual doors in 2025, so it’s a fairly new brand on the scene. The operator (Bespinex N.V.) also doesn’t have much of a footprint, as this seems to be the only active casino they run right now. The licensing is CGA (OGL/2024/1563/0831).
We did dig up a few online casino brands no longer in operation, so they don’t seem to be overly concerned with building up and maintaining their brands. We’d suggest utmost caution to anyone depositing here, just in case GalacticBets is another throwaway brand.
Complaints and Track Record
Since GalacticBets has only been around for a relatively short time, there isn’t much in terms of a complaints history, and their policy doesn’t inspire confidence.
We found a handful of complaints on other services, and for now, the casino seems responsive. Still, as said above, we recommend utmost caution when playing here, at least until we have reason to believe GalacticBets is committed to fair play and is here to stay.
