    Casinomeister's Verdict

Queenplay Casino was launched back in 2020, and from then on, they’ve built a robust game library, partnered with 60+ software providers, and managed to feature a solid selection of responsible gaming tools.

Their weaker spot, though, is definitely their customer support, specifically the live chat option, which players won’t be able to access unless they’ve already registered at the casino. Also, the fact that the Queenplay Loyalty program is only available for players outside of the UK leaves a sour note.

If you can overlook these quirks, Queenplay may be worth a closer look. In case you’ve visited their website before, share your two cents on our forums.

Queenplay casino is an Aspire Global property and Aspire Global has been a pet peeve of mine for a good many years. A large group of casinos imposing draconian terms on players and hell-bent on ignoring any and all complaints: all in all a very bad player experience. But the truth is that all of that seems to have disappeared into the sands of time, we haven’t heard much at all from Aspire Global casinos for a few years now. So while I would be VERY reluctant to advise anyone to go to an Aspire Global property (for historical reasons) in fairness all I can reasonably say these days is “proceed with caution.” Aspire Global does have a terrible history but these things can change and that very well may be applicable here.

    Pros

    • 60+ software providers

    • Nice slot variety

    • Decent selection of responsible gaming tools

    Cons

    • Limited live chat support availability

    • VIP program not available for UK players

    Queenplay Casino Bonuses and Promotions

Queenplay doesn’t exactly swarm with casino bonuses, but hopefully, you’ll find something that’ll match your liking. Keep in mind, though, players located in Sweden aren’t eligible for any kind of promotions at Queenplay Casino, and playing video poker, roulette, Quickplay games, and several other titles won’t count towards your wagering at all.

    VIP and Loyalty Programs

If you’re located outside of the UK, you’ll have the option to participate in Queenplay Casino’s loyalty program and get faster withdrawals, bonus spins, higher cashout limits, personalized exclusive offers, and a personal account manager. Players from the UK, though, don’t build your hopes up, at least not until they decide to reward this market with extra benefits.

    Banking & Payment Methods

Payment-method-wise, Queenplay casino supports the standard stuff, including Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, Skrill, Neteller, and Revolut, among others. The options may vary depending on your location, but based on our research, you’ll likely see all the staple methods regardless of where you are.

To a great degree, withdrawal options are similar to deposit methods, except for those that don’t even support cashing out by default.

They don’t impose any withdrawal limits (at least not on players based in the UK), but their processing time could stretch out to up to 10 days for bank transfers, 7 for card payments, and 5 for e-wallets.

The minimum withdrawal amount is capped at €10, but you won’t get anywhere near cashing out (or making a deposit, for that matter) until you go through their KYC process first. Nothing unusual for a UKGC-licensed online casino.

    Responsible Gaming

Queenplay Casino seems to take responsible gaming matters really seriously. They’ve got several external sources linked, as well as detailed instructions on how to activate the features they’ve got. There’s the deposit limit, reality check, the cool off option, and self exclusion.

We’d love to see session limits thrown in the mix, too, but we guess you can’t have everything.

    Customer Support at Queenplay Casino

Queenplay Casino’s customer support is barely existent, at least that was the impression we were left with after trying to get a hold of them. Before we created an account, the live chat option was essentially nowhere to be found, so if you want to raise an issue with them before you register, you’ll have to use the good old email.

Once we created an account, the chat widget appeared right next to the Deposit button, and we were put through to a customer support agent within a few seconds. All in all, Queenplay’s customer service functions well if you’re ready to sign up. Not so much if you want to ask around or check the place out beforehand.

    Queenplay Casino Experience and Features

Queenplay Casino’s website is noticeably dominated by pink and purple, with glowing lights and large crown elements everywhere. It seems like they’re aiming for a female audience, especially judging by the ‘Ladies Rule at Queenplay Online Casino’ line. Whether they’ve successfully conveyed this message, it’s on you as a player to decide.

As for the special features, null result. No filtering whatsoever, only the search bar that comes up with zero results if you try typing in the provider’s name, so brace yourself for having to scrounge through their game library.

On the plus side, they do have an Android Queenplay casino app, but you’ll do just fine if you load up their website from your mobile browser, too.

    Brand games

    Game Providers

Queenplay Casino features titles from 60+ software providers. Not an off-the-wall number, for sure, but we’ve seen places with even fewer providers, so can’t say this isn’t decent. We’ve spotted names such as Pragmatic Play, Quickspin, Yggdrasil, Red Tiger, Hacksaw, Ezugi, and Evolution Gaming, among others.

    Queenplay Casino Slots

Slots you’ll find at Queenplay Casino are pretty versatile, although they definitely could have, at least, been organized by theme so players could find their way around the website without having to scroll through thousands of titles.

Anyhow, the library could be different for you (as Queenplay Casino’s lineup varies by location), but from what we’ve spotted, we couldn’t find a fault with the mix. There’s Games Global’s 5-reeler Law of Zeus, Spinomenal’s Buffalo Rampage, Hacksaw Gaming’s Invictus, and their 5000x max win Blazing Rhino Hold & Hit.

    Live Casino

We had somewhat of a strange initial interaction with Queenplay Casino’s live dealer section. At first, once we tried to load it, we would repeatedly get nothing but slots. Being persistent as we are when writing casino reviews, we had to give the reload button a few more hits, and ultimately got what we were after.

That’s when we spotted live dealer games such as Speed Roulette, Power Blackjack, and Casino Hold’em, but also some staple game shows like Crazy Time, Monopoly Live, and Dream Catcher.

About the Queenplay Casino Team and History

Queenplay casino was launched back in 2020, by AspireGlobal Ltd, an MGA and UKGC-licensed company. Aspire Global Ltd owns several other brands — Casiplay, PlayFrank, Mr.Play, and VegasLand, among others.

It’s worth mentioning, though, that Aspire Global recently had to allocate £1.4m to social causes because they fell short on anti-money laundering procedures.

    Complaints and Track Record

The number of (un)resolved casino complaints has a really great impact on the ultimate casino rank, so we make it a point to check out what’s going on behind the scenes of each platform we review.

Turns out, nothing on Queenplay Casino, at least not here at Casinomeister.

This doesn’t mean they’re exactly spotless, especially considering their parent’s company history with turning a cold shoulder to player complaints, so take the information on the lack of complaints with a grain of salt.
