24Casino doesn’t lack strong points. They’ve got a decent spread of bonuses, support 30+ payment methods (including crypto), and boast relatively fast withdrawals.
Yet, they slip up in several departments that really matter. Their live chat widget isn’t available unless you’ve made a deposit, they hide RTPs like their lives depended on it, and make you contact customer support to activate RG tools.
The fact that they’ve changed their ownership doesn’t do them any favor at this point, either, at least not until they’ve come through.
All in all, not too shabby of a casino, but playing there definitely calls for a belt and braces approach.

What we did find somewhat disappointing is the fact that there’s almost no filtering whatsoever, except for a few categories that don’t even work as intended. Once you select all the popular slots, for example, you’ll also get a live dealer title here and there. Not sure if that’s a glitch or they’ve simply released a half-baked functionality, but the way it works now, it doesn’t serve anyone at this point.
