Generally speaking there is no glaring reason that we are aware of to be concerned about Vavada. What we see is proper licensing, a modest history of player complaints where the casino has mostly been responsive, a self-exclusion policy that is at least clear on what needs to happen (though relies too heavily on the “we’ll explain the necessary future steps” approach), and a formalised complaints procedure with a Curaçao-certified — though unproven — ADR. The casino has also been around a fair while which is also a plus. What isn’t so great is there has been a fair amount of player unrest with Vavada on our forums: claims of mishandled VIP players, arbitrary account closures, unreliable RTP information, etc. Also of great concern for prospective players is the fact that there are a significant number of Vavada impostor sites running the “pay to withdraw” scam: player must take the time to verify the license of any Vavada site they go to BEFORE giving the site a single dollar/euro/rupee/peso/etc. Overall we’d say a tentative up-thumb and a caution to proceed with care and attention.
